Upholding our commitment to privacy, security, and compliance

Updated as of March 23, 2026
Every day, Findem helps connect job seekers with employers, using a data-driven approach grounded in real-world expertise. Fundamental to that mission is the safety and protection of our client and partner data.
Recently, we’ve received questions around portions of our Privacy Policy and website practices, a conversation we appreciate and take extremely seriously. Reports that claim or suggest Findem has not been responsive to personal data requests are completely inaccurate.
We allow all consumers to opt out of having their data used for employment purposes, regardless of the data privacy laws where they live. When we receive a request, our data operations team makes sure the request was properly authorized by a consumer, matches it against our records, and deletes any personal data we have related to the request. We then follow up with the consumer summarizing what we did and why.
In 2025, we processed 100% of the 418,096 data subject requests we received. We denied four because they weren’t made by authorized consumers, took action on 81,481, and confirmed we did not have personal data for the remaining 336,611 (80%).
Protecting data and respecting the right to privacy are central to how we operate, and to our clients’ and partners’ success. We’ll continue refining our privacy practices in accordance with relevant laws, and we’re committed to surpassing the high standard of trust and compliance we’ve set for ourselves.
Our opt-out page is indexed and accessible from the footer of every page on our website. For questions about our Platform Privacy Policy, please reach out to us at trust@findem.ai.
